OLEKSANDRA TSYRLINA - HEAD COACH & FOUNDER
Oleksandra is the head coach and owner of Royal Dance Academy, known for her results-driven training methodology and individualized approach to dance education. Her coaching philosophy combines strong technical foundation, musicality, artistry, and psychological preparation, allowing dancers to develop both competitive excellence and long-term confidence.
Throughout her career, Oleksandra has trained numerous champions and finalists of major international competitions, with her students consistently achieving top placements worldwide. She has been recognized with multiple coaching awards, including “Coach of the Year” honors in 2011, 2017, and 2019, as well as earlier distinctions in 2006 and 2008 for exceptional coaching results.
Her teaching approach is built on adapting techniques to each dancer’s age, goals, and abilities, ensuring sustainable progress and injury-conscious development. In addition to coaching, Oleksandra actively contributes to the professional dance community as an international judge in Ukraine, Europe, and the United States, an active WDO and USA Dance judge, and an organizer of competitions in Ukraine and professional dance camps in the U.S.
ANTON - PRO/AM, LATIN & BALLROOM INSTRUCTOR FOR KIDS AND ADULTS
Anton is a Latin and Ballroom instructor with strong competitive and coaching experience, working with youth and adult dancers. His training focuses on technique, performance quality, and confident competition preparation.
Anton is a Youth Latin Champion and Youth Standard Vice Champion in USA Dance competitions. He has reached the Under 21 10-Dance Semifinal and the Under 21 Latin Quarterfinal at DanceSport Heritage events.
In Pro-Am divisions, Anton is a Latin Finalist at Ohio Star Ball and a Pro-Am Latin Single Dance Finalist at USDC, bringing valuable competitive insight into his coaching.
ARIANA – CHILDREN'S AND ADULTS INSTRUCTOR
Our children’s and adults’ instructor, Ariana, is an experienced coach working with both young dancers and adults. She is known for her individual approach and for creating classes that balance structured learning with an engaging and supportive atmosphere.
Ariana is a champion in Latin American dance, including a championship title at the South Open Championship in Orlando, as well as a finalist at international competitions and a silver medalist at the West Palm Beach Championship.
GARRY - PRO/AM AND BALLROOM DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Garry is a talented dance instructor and a finalist of the American Championships.
He teaches both children and adults, accompanies his students to competitions, and supports them on the dance floor. Harry competes with his professional partner and also dances with his students in Pro/Am and Teacher/Student categories, helping them achieve outstanding results. He finds a unique approach to every student — even if you are just dreaming of taking your first steps in dance, with him you will feel confident and enjoy every moment of learning
